AN UNBIASED VIEW OF DUBAI CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO

A study with the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Shopper Protection examined 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five within the UAE and 3 from Turkey. It uncovered that all eight samples have been considered "defective". 5 from the solutions sampled contained fats other than cocoa butter, which isn't permitted in solutions labelled "chocolate"
